What is your return and exchange policy?
All our bracelets are custom made to order and take an estimated 8 to 10 weeks for production. Unworn, non-custom pieces are eligible for exchange or return up to 14 days from the delivery date. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original person and payment method used to place the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you have a change to your order, please contact us immediately and if production has not yet begun on your order, we would be happy to accommodate a change to your customization. If you are not satisfied with your order, we do accept returns on non-customized orders for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Order receipts must be included in the return shipment and refunds will be issued to the original person and payment method used to place the order.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer complimentary shipping for orders within the United States. For International orders, please contact us for a shipping quote as duties and taxes on international orders are due upon delivery. Each order is insured, and a signature is required on receipt. Expedited, rushed shipping is available by request, please contact us for a rush shipping quote at email@example.com.
What is your shipping method?
All orders are sent via UPS, are insured, and a signature (by an adult) is required on receipt. Domestic orders will be charged sales tax at checkout. Duties and taxes for international orders are due upon delivery.

Can I return an engraved bracelet?
No, unfortunately, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
