Nearly every month, we host a Kama‘āina Trunk Show in Honolulu where our community has the opportunity to experience the collection in person while enjoying light pūpūs and drinks. At our most recent show, we were thrilled to welcome Chef Katie Dobkin, who created a menu of island-inspired pūpūs that everyone loved. Below, we’re highlighting the locally sourced ingredients from a few of the dishes she prepared for the afternoon.
