Combining the sweet and tangy flavors of fresh pomegranate with a hint of mint, take a look at our moscow mule recipe below:
Ginger syrup:
- ½ cup cane sugar
- ¾ cup boiling hot water
- 2 oz fresh ginger
- Blend and strain
- Instructions: Combine in a mason jar and keep up to 3 months in the fridge.
Cocktail:
- 4 oz vodka of choice
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp ginger syrup
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves + additional for garnish
- 1 cup seltzer water
- ¼ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
Instructions: Combine all ingredients except for the seltzer water in a large glass, and muddle the fresh mint into it. Remove any large pieces of mint or stems, and divide into two copper mugs. Add ½ cup of seltzer water into each mug, and stir. Add ice to fill the mug, and garnish with fresh mint sprigs and pomegranate seeds.
